Honestly? I didn't grow up dreaming of being a Realtor. For years, the people closest to me kept saying, “Courtney, you would be so good at this.” Enough voices, enough nudges, eventually I took the leap of faith and gave it a shot. It wasn't until I was in it that I realized I hadn't just found a career. I'd found a calling.

Before real estate, I spent years in healthcare administration helping multispecialty surgical practices grow and expand. I learned how to navigate complex decisions, manage moving pieces, and advocate hard for the people on the other side of the table, skills I lean on every single day for my clients now.

My love for serving people really came to life through the Junior League of Houston, where I spent years volunteering alongside some of the city's most incredible organizations. That season shaped me. It taught me that the most meaningful work is the kind that quietly makes someone else's life a little better.

Today, I work with buyers, sellers, and new construction clients across the Houston area, and new builds hold a special place in my heart. Whether it's your first home or your forever one, I'll walk you through every step of the process so you always know exactly where you are, what's coming next, and why it matters. No guesswork, no pressure , just a steady hand and a real plan.

Outside of real estate, life is full and I love it that way. I grew up showing Quarter Horses through AQHA, and so much of who I am, the discipline, the work ethic, the deep friendships, came from that world. That love for horses still runs deep today through my volunteer work at SIRE, a therapeutic horsemanship ranch that changes lives one ride at a time. These days you'll also find me chasing my little boy Alexander around with my husband Stephen, traveling, getting outside, trying new Houston restaurants, or sneaking in a spa day with my girlfriends when I can.
